Higher Learning Techniques

I would like to impart upon you an interesting anecdote I came across today. I found the website folklore.org today in my websurfing travels. Essentially, it is a collection of stories from the original Macintosh computer's design team. They're pretty excellent stories, a nice mix of humor and technology that came with their 90 hour a week work schedule.

Some of them are about the people who worked there. Some of them impress you with their simplicity. Most of the stories are just plain hilarious.

One of the anecdotes is particularly revealing of the genius of the people who worked on the original Macintosh. You really get an idea of what it takes to become the kind of person to grasp something so complicated. Try thinking about things the way Burrell Smith does in this story: Make a Mess, Clean it Up!
